The Triad Chapter of the Golfers Against Cancer organization distributes its fundraising contributions into grants that are then awarded to Comprehensive Cancer Centers at Duke, Wake Forest, and the University of North Carolina, and to the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Since 1997, Golfers Against Cancer nationwide has funded cancer research, including matching funds, in the amount of $18,000,000.
The Triad GAC has raised over $ 1,000,000 since 2005. We are pleased to announce here the recipients of our 2010 Grants.
